We ship to the USA and Canada only. However, if you live outside of the USA and Canada, please consider using a package forwarding company

When you sign up with a package forwarding company, they give you their US address.  We ship to them and then they ship to you where you live.

We offer FREE USA shipping on US orders when your sub-total is a minimum of $75.00If your sub-total is over $75.00 then you use a coupon code which brings your sub-total below the required $75.00 to qualify for free shipping, shipping charges are added. Shipping charges do not count toward your sub-total. In your shopping cart, if your order sub-total is less than $75.00 and you add another item to bring it up to $75.00, you will need to select "Free Shipping", it doesn't default to free shipping when you go back and add additional items.

Orders are shipped via he US Post Office and will be shipped either First Class or Parcel Post, depending on the weight of your order and where it's being shipped to. If you want your order faster, you have the option of selecting and paying for Priority Mail. We do not offer Express shipping.

Please note that if an incorrect shipping address is on your order and you contact us about it after your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to reship it.  A payment request will be emailed to you.  We will reship it once it has been paid for.



All orders are shipped between 24-72 hours. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox. Your tracking number is also on your order (if you have an account with us) which you can see by logging in and going to My Account. Find the order you want to track and click on the tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Orders (After Delivery with Delivery Confirmation)
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Package mis-delivered - please note:  If you contact us saying that you did not get your order but the tracking says package delivered please confirm that the address on your order is correct.  If it is correct, please contact your local postal office and request the GPS of delivery. They will tell you exactly where the package was delviered to.  We will do the same thing.  If the post office says your package was delivered to the address on your order, we will not reship it.  If the post office says the package was delivered to an address that is not yours, we will reship your order.  PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE PRIOR TO CONTACTING US. Thank you! 

My package arrived damaged:
Please notify us using the "Contact Us"  form on the website which can be found under "INFO".  We will reply to you and request a photograph of the damaged product.  Please note that for insurance purposes, a photograph is required.
