We offer FREE USA shipping on orders of $75.00. Orders are shipped via he US Post Office and will be shipped either First Class or Parcel Post, depending on the weight of your order. If you want your order faster, you have the option of selecting and paying for Priority Mail.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE with the exception of Germany and Spain. To determine your shipping cost, please use the ‘ESTIMATE SHIPPING’ tool that’s in your shopping cart.
Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order, and where it’s being shipped to. We ship via the US Post Office.
We are not responsible for packages being shipped to an incorrect address on your order. If we need to reship your order to a different address, once the package is returned to us, we will reship it, however, you will be responsible for paying the cost to reship it.
All orders are shipped between 24-72 hours. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Your tracking number is also on your order which you can see by logging in and going to "My Account". Find the order you want to track and click on the tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Orders (After Delivery with Delivery Confirmation)
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Where's my package?
Please contact your local post office with questions about your package providing them with the tracking number. We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our warehouse.

Please contact your local post office and submit a claim. To file a claim, Google United States Postal Service Consumer Affairs Office Locator. You simply enter zip code and the local office to contact will be provided for you to contact. You can then file a claim for the full amount of your order.
International Shipping – US Postal Office:
We offer First Class International shipping to the following countries because they now have delivery confirmation:
- Great Britain and Northern Ireland
- New Zealand
As delivery confirmation is added to First Class International for other countries, we will be adding them as well.
For all other international countries, we offer Priority International & Express International mail.
