We offer FREE USA shipping on US orders when your sub-total is a minimum of $75.00. If your sub-total is over $75.00 then you use a coupon code which brings your sub-total below the required $75.00 to qualify for free shipping, shipping charges are added.
Orders are shipped via he US Post Office and will be shipped either First Class or Parcel Post, depending on the weight of your order. If you want your order faster, you have the option of selecting and paying for Priority Mail. We do not offer Express shipping.
Please note that if an incorrect shipping address is on your order and you contact us about it after your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to reship it. A payment request will be emailed to you. We will reship it once it has been paid for.

We offer First Class International shipping with door-to-door tracking at exceptionally low rates to over 50 countries for orders under 4 lbs. We do not ship to the following countries:

All orders are shipped between 24-72 hours. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Your tracking number is also on your order, which you can see by logging in and going to My Account. Find the order you want to track and click on the tracking number.
International packages can, and do take up to 4 weeks for delivery (2-3 weeks is normal). Please contact your customs department to learn about the customs rules and regulations of your country. We do not know the rules and regulations of your customs department. We do not refund shipping charges.
Shipping will always take longer during the month of December due to the holidays.
NCN is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duty charges incurred.
We are not responsible for packages being shipped to an incorrect address on your order. If we need to reship your order to a different address, once the package is returned to us, we will reship it, however, you will be responsible for paying the cost to reship it.

Where's my package?
We only have your tracking number just like you. Packages within the US require a 30 day period after the date the pacakge shipped to request help with tracking. It's 90 days for countries outside of the US.

Please notify us using the "Contact Us" form on the website which can be found under "INFO". We will reply to you and request a photograph of the damaged product. Please note that for insurance purposes, a photograph is required.
