Return Policy:

We do not require a return authorization code for returns. Before you return anything to us, please read the following first:

FINAL CLEARANCE SALE - ALL SALES FINAL:  Please note that final clearance items are not eligible for a return/refund.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You may return opened items within 45 days. A copy of your sales receipt is required (to be included inside the package) with your return. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price. Please note: At any time, it is our discretion to issue a credit in the form of a coupon code rather than a refund. We do not refund shipping. If you got free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Your return should include a delivery confirmation for your protection. If we do not receive your return, your order will not be refunded unless you can provide proof of delivery.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Empty bottles or jars are not eligible for a refund.
  • Sample sizes (from the Sample Sizes page) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Final Clearance products are not eligible for a refund.

Please include a copy of your sales receipt inside the package with your return.  If you don’t have your sales receipt, you can print it out. Here are the instructions:

  1. Log into your NCN account.
  2. Go to ‘My Account’.
  3. Your orders are listed there. Click on “View” next to the order number, and print it out.

If you can't print it out, please just write your name (as it is on your order), along with the order number and include it inside the box with your return. 

If you received an incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct item, and include a prepaid shipping label for you to return the wrong item that you received.
