What to do if you didn't get your new password

You've clicked on "Forgot Your Password?" to submit a request to reset your password but did not receive an email with password reset instructions.  Now what?

When you submit the password reset request, an email is generated immediately by our website. You should have received the new password within a matter of minutes.

If you've waited and have not received your new password, chances are good that the email has either been caught in one of your spam filters, or has been blocked by your email network. Several email networks like Gmail, Hotmail, AT&T etc. have started blocking some inbound email. 

If you haven't recieved the email and can't locate it in your spam or junk email folders, please contact us by calling our toll-free number (1-888-560-1778) or email using the 'Contact Us' form (under Information).  We will gladly reset your password for you.
