We’re Back! Thank you so much for your patience!

Hi everyone!

As you probably know, Connecticut got hit with a freak October storm last week that knocked power out all over the state. Some homes are STILL without power and might not have it back until Wednesday. We lost our power on Saturday, October 29th and didn’t get it back until Friday night, November 4th. This outage certainly put a halt on our work! With no internet access and no ability to process orders, we got back logged the entire time. My team was here all weekend working tirelessly so we’re getting back on track. I want to thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. You’ve been wonderful!!!

Due to the large amount of orders that came in as usual, it’s taking some time and my team is shipping them as fast as possible; you’ll surely notice a delay in getting your package. For this we are truly sorry! I also wanted to let you know that tracking numbers are not being emailed for the orders that came in over the week that we were without power. However, you will receive an email that your order has shipped. Emailing tracking numbers is a separate process and since orders are always delivered, we wanted to spend that time getting your order shipped as quickly as possible.
