You'd be surprised at just how many people only sleep for about four hours a night. Is it healthy? Absolutely not... but some people just can't seem to get the rest they truly need. Did you know that people from countries outside the U.S. change their bed sheets only once a month? Some only change them three times per year! Now, think about this... you rest your head on a pillow each night and sometimes women forget to remove their makeup before going to bed. But that's not the worst of it. We shed skin cells while we sleep... which can cause acne if you don't wash your sheets often. But wait... it gets worse... dust mites love to feed on these dead skin cells and even your hair. These dust mites can cause allergies and asthma.

Do you wash your cell phone before each use? Of course you don't. How could you? Our cell phones ring and buzz constantly. We forget that our phone is something we put up to our faces several times each day.

It has become very common for dermatologists to see breakouts along the upper jaw line and the outer ear. The area never gets a fair chance to heal. That's because it gets damaged by bacteria over and over again, which can lead to hyper-pigmentation and scarring over time.
