Oat Beta Glucan is a lovely active to add to your DIY (do it yourself) formulas.  It’s very effective and an incredibly moisturizing ingredient that has a long list of benefits.  Proven results can be seen in as little as 10 days.  Suggested usage rate is 1-10%.
