We ship worldwide and your shipping cost is based on the weight of your order. To get an idea of what your shipping cost will be, please use the “Estimate Shipping” tool which is right there for you in your shopping cart.

All orders are shipped between 24-72 hours with the exception of back ordered products. Your order will be shipped once the back ordered product is received.  Orders are not split up. We ship USPS for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping:

Once you add products to your shopping cart and enter your zip code, shipping options are available for you to select from.

International Shipping:

Once you add products to your shopping cart and enter your shipping information, your shipping options are available for you to select from. 

We use the US Post Office (USPS) for shipping.  I chose the USPS because it’s the least expensive carrier for you; for both domestic and international shipping.  USPS is very reliable; they just don’t have the best tracking in the world.  In fact, USPS does not track packages – they scan them in and then scan them again once delivered – nothing in between.

Some key points regarding your First Class Int’l shipment:

All packages have delivery confirmation with the exception of First Class International.  

All packages are insured.  

Packages are shipped within 24-48 hours unless your order comes in on Friday, orders that come in on Friday are shipped on the following Monday. Please note that if we are running a sale, orders are shipped in the order in which they were received. Due to the large volume of orders, it can take up to 4 days before your order ships. Once your order ships, you will receive an email if the email address you provided is correct.

Packages can and do take up to 1 month for delivery, however most international packages are delivered within 2 weeks.

NCN is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duty charges incurred.

We highly recommend selecting Priority Mail International as your shipping method.

“My package is lost or stolen” – IMPORTANT:
Lost or stolen packages are very rare indeed.  However, I have taken measures to make sure you’re covered!

 Since international packages can take up to 30 days to be delivered (2 weeks is more normal), please do not contact us about your package prior to the 30 day period.  After the 30 day period (from the time your order shipped), please contact us and we will email you an insurance claim form to fill out and return to us.   After 45 days the insurance claim will be filed (45 days is the required time by the USPS).  

USPS is then notified by the insurance company and an investigation is opened whereby a trace will be put on your package.

Should the investigation lead to the conclusion that you did in fact receive your order, the USPS can and will hold you responsible and take legal action.  So unless you really did not receive your package, please do not contact us saying that you didn’t.
