My skin care routine at night in detail is something I've been wanting to write about for a while now.  It's a ritual that I enjoy doing, and I take my sweet time.  In the morning, it's not the same as I'm not puttering around with time on my hands.  But my skin care routine at night is a different story.  I want to point out that it is not necessary to take as long as I do with my skin care routine at night.  It doesn't make the products work better, I just enjoy the ritual.

Sebaceous Hyperplasia Treatment:  A DIY treatment several clients have had success with is using the GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Amino Complex Formula II, and the All-Trans Retinol 2.0% Formula II.  The treatment consists of using a hypodermic needle, and gently poking tiny holes in the spot and then applying the GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Amino Complex Formula II in the morning.  I recommend doing this one to two times per week until the SH is gone, or at least abated.

What is the best retinol formula for your particular skin?

Retinol is key in the world of anti-aging skincare, and it can work wonders for your skin when it’s used in the right balance. There’s a misconception that in order for a retinol product to work for you, your skin should flake or peel and show signs of irritation.  Not good... If your skin is red and flaking from a retinol product, either over the counter or prescription, it’s time to stop doing that to your skin. Red, flaking skin is inflamed skin. We want to do whatever we can to keep our skin plump and moist, not thin, flaking, and inflamed.  Chronic inflammation can and will cause premature aging.  Chronic inflammation breaks down collagen.

We all just love the sun and know how important it is to get our Vitamin D.  But that doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice our skin to get our daily dose of it. What else can we do besides wear an SPF to protect ourselves from the ravages of sun damage..... We can use Vitamin C+ Serum with Ferulic Acid, Vitamin E, & Glutathione, which is not only a “spot” fader, it’s an anti-aging formula that evens skin tone, brightens skins, it also inhibits UV damage and works in conjunction with I'm Covered Physical Sunscreen SPF32!
