Product instructions and the order in which to use them:
As a rule of thumb, products get applied in the following sequence:
Apply enough product to just cover your skin unless otherwise noted.
THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS SHOW THE ORDER IN WHICH TO USE THE PRODUCTS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ALL-TRANS RETINOL with TRETINOIN.
ALL-TRANS RETINOL with TRETINOIN – Use at night only and follow these instructions:
Cleanse skin with a mild, acid-free cleanser (Rhassoul Cleansing Bar) and dry thoroughly. Wait 20-30 minutes and apply a thin layer to your skin at night only. Use just enough to lightly cover your skin avoiding mucus membranes (keep away from mouth, nostrils, and do not get into eyes). Do apply it under your eye area but not on your eyelids. All-Trans Retinol with with Non-Prescription Strength Tretinoin can also be used on your neck & décolleté. Optional (highly recommended): Wait an additional 10-30 minutes and apply a great hydrating product over it like the DNA Serum, Volu-Lift Recontouring Face Cream with Ceramides, an EGF Serum Capsule, Multi-Active Accelerator, the right Corrective Face Oil Cocktail for your skin type, or any other good hydrating product over it.
Serums can also be used over the All-Trans Retinol with with Non-Prescription Strength Tretinoin. After you apply the All-Trans Retinol with with Non-Prescription Strength Tretinoin, wait 10-30 minutes and apply your serum(s). Apply them in the order in which the products are listed below.
If you are using GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Serum and the All-Trans Retinol with Tretinoin, – use your GHK-Cu CP Serum during the day instead of night. Do not worry about using the GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Serum with a product that has zinc oxide in it. Our GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Serum works fine with zinc oxide products.
Use sun protection during the day. Any retinol product makes you more susceptible to sunburn and UV damage. Rain or shine… use your sunscreen!
Should you experience any flaking, the Aqua Gel Exfoliator works best and can be used in the morning up to twice a week. You can also the Microfiber Cleansing Cloth (gently!) in the morning to remove any flaking.
Since this is non-prescription strength, you can use it every night. However, should you experience any flaking at all; you can cut down to using it every other night or even every third night. Then you can slowly increase to every night over a month or two as your skin adjusts.
Microfiber Cleansing Cloth – If you have makeup on, I suggest cleansing your skin first, then rinse and while skin is still wet, wet the cloth and wring out. Cleanse in circular motions without rubbing too hard. Hand wash the cloth with soap and water then hang to dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. It can be put in the washing machine and dryer. For best results, replace your cloth every 4-6 months. Use once daily (for acenic skin) or as needed (at least 3 times a week for all other skin types.)
Rhassoul Cleansing Bar – With clean hands, wet skin then get a good lather going with our world famous Rhassoul Cleansing Bar. Cleanse in circular motions and rinse well.
Pumpkin Enzyme Cleanser - Wash hands. Pump 2-3 squirts in the palm of your hand and cleanse skin in circular motions. Add a bit of water to get more foaming action! Rinse with tepid water. Use twice daily. For optimal results, use the Microfiber Cleansing Cloth after cleansing at least 3 times a week.
Multi-Acid Cleansing Gel – Wash hands. With wet hands, put a nickel sized amount in your palm, rub hands together and apply to face avoiding eyes. Cleanse in circular motions for up to 30 seconds. Wet hands again and cleanse for another 10 seconds. Rinse with tepid water. Use twice daily.
Aqua Gel Exfoliator – Cleanse and completely dry skin. Dispense a quarter sized amount of Aqua Gel Exfoliator in the palm of your hand and spread over entire face. Wait 30 seconds and then with the tips of your fingers, gently massage your skin in circular motions. Immediately you will feel and see the dead skin balling up. Once you have massaged your entire face, rinse well with tepid water. Follow with toner. Use up to twice a week.
Cell Renewal Toner – Completely wet a facial pad or cotton ball with water and wring out (this way you won’t waste your toner.) Apply toner to pad and swipe over entire face. Use twice daily.
Acne Solutions Toner with Ac.net™ - Shake well. Completely wet a facial pad or cotton ball with water and wring out (this way you won’t waste your toner.) Apply toner to pad and swipe over entire face. Use twice daily. Follow with Acne Solutions Serum with Ac.net™.
GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Serum With or Without EGF – Apply enough to just cover your face, neck, and décolleté (about the size of a nickel). Use once a day (can be used twice a day). Can be used on your upper and lower eye area. Please note: Taking 1,000 mg. of Vitamin C and 1,000 mg. of MSM are going to increase the effectiveness of the Copper Peptide tremendously for firming the skin. If you are using prescription Retin-A, apply your GHK-Cu Copper Peptide in the morning. If you are using All-Trans Retinol, apply your GHK-Cu Copper Peptide with EGF first, then All-Trans Retinol over it.
If you use a topical Vitamin C product, apply your Copper Peptide at night and your Vitamin C in the morning. You can also use them together, but there needs to be a wait period between applications. Apply one (either one), then wait at least 15 minutes and apply the other over it. If you are using an acid based daily exfoliator, apply that in the morning and your Copper Peptide at night. Again, you can also use them together, but there needs to be a wait period between applications. Apply one (either one), then wait at least 15 minutes and apply the other over it. Apply prior to your LED treatment! Use 6 days a week and not 7.
Vitamin C+ Serum – Massage 3-4 pumps to your face & neck in the morning. Allow to dry completely before applying any other products. Avoid getting into your eyes. Can be used twice a day. If you use GHK-Cu Copper Peptide (TriPeptide) Serum, use your Vitamin C+ Serum in the morning and your GHK-Cu Copper Peptide at night. You can also alternate them instead if you want to (use GHK-Cu Copper Peptide one day and your Vitamin C+ Serum the next day). If you use All-Trans Retinol with Non-Prescription Tretinoin (Ret with Tret) AND GHK-Cu Copper Peptide, use your GHK-Cu Copper Peptide in the morning and your Vitamin C+ Serum at night on clean skin. Wait 20-30 minutes and apply your Ret with Tret. Or alternate them (use GHK-Cu Copper Peptide one day and your Vitamin C+ Serum the next day). 30% Pro Pumpkin Peel Directions:
Pumpkin contains antioxidants and enzymes that act like alpha-hydroxy acids. But rather than just exfoliating the skin, pumpkin actually replenishes the skin with over 100 beneficial nutrients which help reverse the signs of aging. Put that together with glycolic, lactic, salicylic & fruit acids and you have the perfect formula!
Before you begin, a patch test is imperative! Allergic reactions are very rare but can happen. Put a small amount on an inconspicuous part of your face (in front of your ear lobe) and leave on for 3 minutes (less if it is irritated) then rinse with tepid water. The Pro Pumpkin Peel may sting a little, but it should not be uncomfortable. Once you’ve passed the patch-test, proceed to the directions below.
On clean and toned (Pumpkin Peel Neutralizer is best) skin, apply enough of the 30% Pro Pumpkin Peel to cover your skin without seeing any visible skin through the peel. Apply to entire face avoiding eye area and mucus membranes.
For your first treatment, leave on the skin for only 3minutes then rinse with tepid water. Each time thereafter, leave on for an additional minute and work up to a total of 10 minutes. Follow with Pumpkin Enzyme Neutralizer or Cell Renewal Toner or Carrot Seed Toner, CP Serum and then your moisturizer. CP Accerlerator, Bio-Active Day Cream or Bio-Active Night Repair are my favorite to use after the 30% Pro Pumpkin Peel! The 30% Pro Pumpkin Peel can be used once a week if you’re not using any other exfoliating products. Use only once or twice a month if you are.
• Stay out of direct sun after use.
• The daily use of a sunscreen is highly recommended (we offer several to choose from).
Caution: WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE OR AFTER USE OF OUR MICROFIBER CLEANSING CLOTH OR A PRESCRIPTIVE TOPICAL (RETIN-A) TO USE THE PEEL. For adult use only, for external use only. Keep away from eyes and mucus membranes.
